- Sylvan Ply has made every attempt to correctly reflect the colour of the goods that show on the site. However, because the real colours will depend on the user’s monitor, Sylvan Ply cannot guarantee that the colour display on the User’s monitor will be correct. In particular, Sylvan Ply emphasises that the photos of textures offered are merely for reference purposes when it comes to laminates. It is recommended that the user consult a real catalogue for the exact appearance and feel of textures.
- Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice at the sole discretion of Sylvan Ply or the seller.
- The user undertakes to properly verify and check the items at the time of delivery. The user must notify the company promptly if there is a fault or incorrect delivery. Sylvan Ply or the seller will not entertain any disputes once the user has accepted the delivery. Sylvan Ply or the seller do not provide a replacement or return service. Once a product has been sold, it cannot be exchanged or returned. However, we may consider the same if the product contains manufacturing flaws.
- Sylvan Ply will not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result of their use of Sylvan Ply’s services. This includes, but is not limited to, income or data loss as a result of delays, non-delivery, missing deliveries, or service disruptions caused by The Seller’s act or omission. This liability disclaimer also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, carelessness, defect, removal, mistake, omission, disruptions, delay in operation or transmission, malware infection, communication line failure, theft or destruction, or illegal access to, modification of, or use of record, whether for contract breach, tortuous behaviour, or any other cause of action.
- The user declares that he or she is at least 18 years old or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- Sylvan Ply makes no product guarantees or warranties available to the buyer. In particular, Sylvan Ply will not be held accountable for any termite or borer complaints in plywood or bubbling or pasting issues in laminate. Any guarantees/warranties/promises provided by the product’s manufacturer in no way bind Sylvan Ply or place any obligation on Sylvan Ply. The User/Purchaser agrees to bring any such claims against the manufacturer rather than Sylvan Ply.
- Sylvan Ply and the seller have the authority to decline or reject any order for a product offered at an inaccurate price or for any other reason. This applies whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. The payment will be returned, and the User will be notified.
