At 53, Anand Kumar Singh embodies the dynamic and forward-thinking leadership that drives our company. As the steward of our day-to-day operations, Mr. Anand's leadership is characterised by a meticulous attention to detail and a relentless pursuit of operational efficiency. Before his association with our company, he played a pivotal role at M/s. Singh Brothers & Co.(Proprietorship Firm), where he honed his expertise in industry operations and business strategy. At the age of 57, Shashi Kant Tiwari brings a blend of academic rigour and seasoned expertise to his role as Chief Financial Officer, a position he has held since January 1, 2023. Mr. Shashi Kant's academic journey is distinguished by a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts from Kashi Vidyapeeth, complemented by a Master of Commerce from Gorakhpur University, obtained in 1988. His previous experiences have equipped him with a deep understanding of financial operations and tax management, ensuring our company's financial health and compliance. Rajneesh Mishra, aged 39 years, is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company with effect from June 01, 2018. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce (B.Com - Honours) from University of Calcutta & Bachelor Degree in Law (L.L.B) from the West Bengal State University. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has a vast and rich experience of more than one decade in handling Corporate Secretarial and Legal affairs of Private Companies, Unlisted Public Companies and Listed Companies. He is handling Corporate Governance procedures, Secretarial matters, legal due diligence, Compliance management, drafting and vetting of various Legal agreements, Annual Report, legal proceedings of the our Company. He is a keen analyst with the exceptional relationship, management skills & abilities in liaising with various Government authorities, SEBI, Stock Exchange, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Regional Director etc
